Restaurant Week set to tantalise Hunter Valley Goer’s tastebuds


Foodies and Wine Lovers be prepared! As part of the Hunter Valley Wine and Food Month in June, Restaurant Week 18 June – 26 June, will wine and dine those attending the region.


During Restaurant Week, several highly regarded restaurants will feature a series of set price grazing menus featuring local Hunter Valley produce, paired with three 50ml tastes of Hunter Valley wine.

For any food and wine connoisseur, these grazing menus will allow you to sample some of the best chefs and winemakers work in the Hunter Valley, it should not be missed. Just look at the menus, they speak for themselves!

Briar Grillade

Menu:

Atlantic salmon fillet served on a Thai infused green pea puree

Twice cooked pork belly with braised red cabbage and a homemade apple chutney

Chargrilled lamb rump with a warm chickpea and pumpkin salad and a chilli mint dressing

Enjoy a flight of three amazing Tyrrell's wines in the guise of three 5oml tastes. With the wines, make your selection of two entrée and two main courses from our a la carte menu and one dessert/cheese course per couple.

Quail tortellini, jus and coriander salad

Fish of the day with lemon thyme, gnocchi and garlic aioli

Lamb tenderloin, sultana puree, roasted beetroot and crispy potato
